Returns & withdrawal
You buy from Lord Devoted as a consumer online. Below is how returns and the statutory cooling-off period work.
14-day withdrawal right
Under EU and Dutch distance-selling rules, you have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
To start a return, email us at lorddevoted.clothing@gmail.com with your order number. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.
Return condition
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging where reasonable
Return shipping costs
You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage caused by us).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price using the same payment method where possible. Refunds are typically processed within approximately 14 days after we receive the returned items.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
Exchanges
For a different size, return the item and place a new order if stock is available.
